of animal origin, but more concentrated than meat. Its nutritional value is higher than that of classic proteins.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY PROTEIN

One ton of insects can be grown in only 2 weeks using a 20 m2 plot of land. Antibiotics and hormones are not used in the production of entoprotein. In addition, the entofarm produces 96% less carbon than traditional livestock farming

WHAT
IT IS

1

Entoprotein is produced from the black soldier fly larvae (BSF), insect we grow on our own farms

2

The larvae feed on food obtained from surplus store supplies and deliveries. This prevents food from being wasted and returns it to production. Thus, we make our production eco-friendly from the first step

3

After 10-15 days of cultivation, the larval biomass is dried in an oven. The fat is squeezed out and then the E-protein concentrate is ready

FAQ
Which insect is used in recipes?

Our recipes are based on BSF protein concentrate obtained in our own production. The Black soldier fly larvae (Hermetia illucens) are often used to dispose of organic waste. This insect almost completely consumes the substrate and destroys pathogenic bacteria, while avoiding the accumulation of toxins in its own body.

Where do we get insects from?

We grow the larvae on our own farms, feeding them with unsold food. This diet does not carry the risk of spoiled food and at the same time reduces waste. After 10-15 days of cultivation, the insect biomass is dried in specialist ovens and converted into ento-protein. The use of such does not carry the risks from spoiled products and at the same time reduces waste. After 10-15 days of cultivation, the biomass of the larvae is dried in specialist ovens and turned into E-protein.
