Entoprotein is produced from the larvae of the black soldier fly, which we grow on our own farms
The larvae feed on food, the surplus of which we take from stores and deliveries, thereby preventing their disposal and returning to production. Thus, we make our production environmentally friendly, simultaneously taking care of the health of pets
After 10-15 days of cultivation, the biomass of the larvae is dried in an oven, the fat is squeezed out — and the protein concentrate is ready!
Our recipes are based on the protein concentrate of black soldier fly larvae of our own production. The soldier fly is a small representative of the two-winged insects family, the larvae of which are used for the disposal of organic waste. It eats the substrate almost completely and destroys any pathogenic bacteria, while not accumulating toxins in its own body. In October 2023, the Russian government recognized the breeding of black soldier fly as a special type of agricultural activity
We grow larvae on our own farms, fattening them with unsold food products. The use of such products does not carry risks from spoiled products and at the same time reduces the amount of waste. After 10-15 days of cultivation, the biomass of the larvae is dried in microwave ovens and becomes an entoprotein .
